About Us

Sonya McLamb, owner and consultant, has over a decade of organizational training and development expertise, including private industry, governmental, and non-profit. Her unique lens into a variety of business structures allows her to diagnose and develop solutions from a holistic view. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a focus in Marketing and Advertising, and a Master's degree in Training and Development from North Carolina State University. That educational background, combined with her varied work experiences, has heavily influenced Sonya's grassroots approach for helping business owners and company leaders achieve success by repurposing, redesigning, and improving existing resources and talent already in place.
